Open the box and inspect your fish within 4 hours of delivery.

If one of your new fish appears dead, or sick, you must take clear pictures and/or video of it in the unopened bag.

You must then e-mail us those pictures/video, and a description of the problem within that 4 hour time frame.

Once the bag is opened, and the fish released, we are not in control and any warranty is null.

Please note: UPS and FedEx Ground shipping are ONLY available for fish shipments within the state of Florida. 

If your claim is valid, we will offer you a replacement, or a refund in the amount paid for that fish.
