Arrive Alive Guarantee
Open the box and inspect your fish within 4 hours of delivery.
If one of your new fish appears dead, or sick, you must take clear pictures and/or video of it in the unopened bag.
You must then e-mail us those pictures/video, and a description of the problem within that 4 hour time frame.
Once the bag is opened, and the fish released, we are not in control and any warranty is null.
**Please note that all live fish must be shipped with overnight service to qualify for our live arrival guarantee.**
Live arrival guarantee will also apply to UPS and FedEx Ground shipping ONLY within the state of Florida.
If your claim is valid, we will offer you a replacement, or store credit, in the amount paid for that fish. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and, if an exchange for another fish of equal value is preferred, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
